Eligible standard size items may be returned or exchanged in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the order. Custom and made to measure pieces are nonreturnable because they are created specifically to the client’s confirmed measurements. If there is a fit, quality, or other issue with a custom piece, please contact us and our team will be happy to review it and help.

Delivery
Standard sizes typically require 8 to 10 business days for delivery. Custom and made to measure orders typically require 15 to 20 business days. We work in small batches and will keep you updated if your order requires additional time.

Natural Dye Variations
Natural dye colors may vary slightly between batches. This is part of the character of handcrafted textiles and not considered a flaw.
