Eligible standard-size items may be returned or exchanged in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the order. Custom and made-to-measure pieces are non-returnable because they are created specifically to the client’s confirmed measurements. If there is a fit, quality, or other issue with a custom piece, please contact us and our team will be happy to review it and help.
If you select one of the standard sizes currently available, please allow 8–10 business days for delivery. Custom-measurement orders typically take 15–20 business days for delivery. We work in small batches and will keep you updated throughout the process if your order requires any additional time.
